Returns are inspected on delivery.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and must be unworn and immaculate for re sale. Personalised Items Are Non Returnable - If you do return these items to us - we will hold the item until postage is paid for the item to be returned to yourself - No Return Will Be Accepted For Personalised Items.
If you have any problems with merchandise on arrival please notify Harris's Footwear Ltd By email or phone which can be found on our contact us page, this must be done within 7 days of receiving the order after this time the merchandise will be automatically accepted by you as being correct and not faulty.
If you are not happy with your purchase or it does not fit you can return for a refund within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchanges.
All returns will be credited back to the same method of payment used in the original transaction. Please note any shipping and handling fees that were paid during your order are NON refundable including the cost for you to return the item to us.
To return simply fill in the returns form provided within your package, peel back the easy peel returns address label and attach it securely to your parcel.
We recommend you use a tracked service to return the item to us as we are not held responsible for loss or damage that occurs on its journey back to us.
If you loose the returns form please put a note in with your item(s) with the full name and email used on the original order so we are able to identify the parcel correctly.
