Order placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next working day.

Please note we use recorded delivery. A signature will be required when your parcel is delivered
Postage types are as followed
- Next working day - £7.99 orders must be placed before 2pm (Mon-Thurs) Bank holidays also do not count.
- Standard Delivery - £4.99 (1-2 working days)
- Saver Delivery - £3.99 (2-3 working days)
International Delivery Charges;
- Europe £14.99 (7-10 working days)
- Rest of world £19.99 (7-10 working days)
These prices are based on a parcel weighing up to 2kg - if the order weighs over this - we will email you with a postage quote.
Custom charges - Since Brexit you may now have import charges from your country, it is your responsibility to pay any import duties you receive from your country on the arrival of your parcel, if your item is returned to us due to payment not being made your order will be refunded less delivery fees and import fees.
Please note we rely on couriers to provide these services and times are a estimate only.
RETURNS
We currently do not offer a free returns policy. returns can be made via our online returns portal.
Returns are inspected upon delivery.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and must be unworn and immaculate for re sale.
Personalised Items Are Non Returnable - If you do return these items to us - we will hold the item until postage is paid for the item to be returned to yourself
If you have any problems with merchandise on arrival please notify Harris Kids by email or phone which can be found on our contact us page, this must be done within 1 day of receiving the order after this time the merchandise will be automatically accepted by you as being correct and not faulty.
If you are not happy with your purchase or it does not fit you can return for a refund within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchanges, all items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging with all tags in tact, if not your items will not be refunded.
All returns will be credited back to the same method of payment used in the original transaction. Please note any shipping and handling fees that were paid during your order are NON refundable including the cost for you to return the item to us. We recommend you use a tracked service to return the item to us as we are not held responsible for loss or damage that occurs on its journey back to us.
Babidu tends to come up true to size unless stated in the item description otherwise.
